Terms and Conditions for Tours & Private Charters

1. Correspondence & Contact Information

All correspondence regarding tour and charter bookings should be addressed to:

2. Payments & Booking Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Private charters (including wedding rentals) are charged on an hourly basis and must be prepaid per trip based on the agreed rate.
  • Additional fees may apply for extended rental time, damage, cleaning, or extra mileage outside standard service areas.

3. Accepted Modes of Payment

  • We accept debit and credit cards only.
  • Cash, checks, and other payment methods are not accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy & Refunds

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive written notice.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • Private charters and wedding rentals:
    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a private trip.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled trip: Non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Notice & Processing

  • Cancellations are processed on all working days, except Sundays.
  • Any cancellation request sent on Sunday will be considered received on the next business day (Monday).

6. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Tour and charter dates may be changed based on availability with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the nature of the change.

7. Liability & Limitations

Star Trolley LLC is not responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, roadblocks, or traffic delays.
  • Accidents, mechanical failures, or breakdowns of transportation.
  • Unforeseen incidents affecting travel, including flight delays, missed connections, or third-party service disruptions.
  • Illness, pandemics, medical emergencies, strikes, protests, or civil disturbances.
  • Legal restrictions, government actions, or road closures.

Private Charters:

  • Star Trolley LLC is not liable for delays caused by guests, including late arrivals, excessive stops, or failure to comply with scheduled departure times.
  • Overtime fees will be charged if service exceeds the originally booked time.

8. Health & Safety

  • Guests must be in good health and physically able to participate.
  • Star Trolley LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears unfit, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

9. Conduct & Guest Behavior

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, fellow passengers, and local businesses.
  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the tour/charter without a refund.
  • The client booking the charter is responsible for guest behavior and may be charged for any damages, excessive cleaning, or misconduct-related issues.

10. Special Conditions & Force Majeure

If an event beyond our control (natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances) forces a cancellation, we will:

  • Offer rescheduling, if possible.
  • Issue credits or refunds at our discretion, based on the situation.

11. Alcohol & BYOB Policy (If Applicable)

  • Tours: Alcohol policies vary based on the tour type and local regulations.
  • Private Charters: Some charters allow Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) under these conditions:
    • Guests must be of legal drinking age (21+) and drink responsibly.
    • The charter must comply with local alcohol laws and regulations.
    • Glass containers are not allowed—only plastic or aluminum containers are permitted.
    • Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or spills may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the vehicle.

12. Baggage & Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings during the trip.
  • Star Trolley LLC assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

13. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees (Private Charters)

  • The client booking the charter is responsible for damages caused by guests.
  • Additional cleaning fees may be charged for spills, excessive mess, or any incidents requiring extra maintenance.
  • A security deposit may be required for larger bookings, at Star Trolley LLC’s discretion.

14. Photography & Media Use

  • Star Trolley LLC may capture photos/videos for promotional purposes.
  • By participating, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used, unless they explicitly opt out in writing.

15. Agreement to Terms

By booking and participating in a tour or private charter with Star Trolley LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
