● What areas do your trolleys serve and how large of a group can you handle?
We serve St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, the beaches, Sarasota, Bradenton, Anna Maria, and surrounding Tampa Bay areas.
For the right rental, we can also travel farther, including Orlando and other extended destinations.
With three white trolleys available, we can move up to about 80 guests at one time. For shuttle loops, hotel transfers, weddings, corporate events, and large group transportation, we can often move 150 to 200+
● Can the trolley make multiple stops or run shuttle loops?
Yes. Private trolley rentals can be built around your route, timing, and event needs.
Many clients use our trolleys for hotel-to-venue loops, ceremony-to-reception transfers, return trips, dinner transportation, photo stops, bar stops, or continuous guest shuttles.
● Can we use one trolley or multiple trolleys for the same event?
Yes. You can book one trolley for a smaller private group, wedding party, dinner ride, birthday, or bachelorette, or use multiple trolleys for larger weddings, guest transportation, corporate groups, and event shuttles.
● Can we bring drinks/snacks or use the trolley for photos?
Yes. Private rentals are BYOB-friendly for guests 21 and older, and the white trolleys are very popular for photos, wedding parties, group moments, and arrival shots.
